No capital expenditure is required by the Library to use our material recovery service. Unique Management does not charge in advance.
Most libraries take advantage of our 90 day no-risk trial offer to verify that we can maintain
patron goodwill, return a high percentage of materials to circulation, minimize library staff
time required with our electronic process and reach budget neutrality. If at the end of 90 days
the Library is not completely satisfied, you may discontinue the service with no cost for the
patron accounts processed.

We will work with Library staff to develop a recovery system that meets your specific needs.
Our technical staff will help set up a procedure for turning over accounts and reporting
returns/payments which is simple and does not require a lot of staff time.
A training packet has been developed and will be provided to new clients to facilitate a
smooth implementation.
We'll tailor written demands as you desire. However, we do not encourage very many
changes because our letters produce excellent results.
We provide monthly management reports with additional analysis relative to your progress as
needed. All new addresses obtained are provided to clients each month on our Address
Change Report. All reports are designed for libraries.
As we observe opportunities, we'll make professional recommendations that can help your
