Customer Service Technical Analyst: This position assists clients in configuring and transmitting electronic files. Serves clients in a consultative, trouble-shooting capacity and facilitates communication between clients and software vendors. Develops expertise in assigned software packages and manages software interfaces to achieve maximum functionality.
Customer Service Specialist: This position manages a caseload of clients and prospective clients to achieve business objectives through superior customer service. Position maintains and nurtures relationships with clients to foster long-term relationships and our commitment of excellence to customers. Requires excellent customer skills, excellent organizational skills and familiarity with computers. Position travels up to 30% of the time
Data Production Specialist: This position will input and process data while monitoring files for accuracy and proper configuration. Qualified candidates will have basic familiarity with computers, good keyboard speed, excellent attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Call Center Specialist: (Part Time) This position makes gentle phone calls to library patrons across North America, encouraging them to return overdue materials. Requirements are excellent phone voice, good customer service skills and familiarity with computers. Priority given to bi-lingual, Spanish speakers and applicants with Canadian citizenship.
