Call Center Specialist: (Part Time) This position makes gentle phone calls to library patrons across North America, encouraging them to return overdue materials. Requirements are excellent phone voice, good customer service skills and familiarity with computers. Priority given to bi-lingual, Spanish speakers and applicants with Canadian citizenship.
