The purpose of the 90 day trial is to let your library use our service the way it is designed to be used and measure results to determine if it provides a good solution.
Past due patron accounts with balances of $25 or more should be turned over within 60 days past due as they occur during the trial period. There is no limit regarding how many accounts can be turned over.
Unique Management will work with library staff to determine the best way to submit patron account information and provide weekly updates.
The Trial will allow Unique Management to prove that we can do the following:
a. Deliver excellent results in terms of material recovered
b. Maintain patron goodwill
c. Keep the service budget neutral
d. Make the process simple and easy to minimize staff time required
- Your library will receive a detailed report monthly showing the status of each patron account and summary results to date.
